In this update, we have added features to improve the user experience.
- Move sets and individual reps between client training sessions
- Inclusion of Body Weight and Height history for Horizontal Force Velocity calculation efficiency
- When creating a new set from within a training session, all set parameters are now copied to the new set
- Total (Effective) load is calculated for Smith exercises. It takes into account external load as well as the load from the two machines
- Stability improvements around saving and uploading of data
