Saturday, October 12th

The event is scheduled for 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, with lunch provided.

Speakers will provide hands-on training regarding how to test, train, and profile athletes for speed, including demo demonstrations of 1080 Motion products.

8:30 am – Ben Prentiss “Training hockey athletes to maximize performance”

10:00 am – Kevin Hollabaugh “Framework for creating a speed system”

11:15 am – Chris Korfist “Where to be fast to be fast”

12:30 pm – Lunch for all participants provided on-site

1:30 pm – Peter Holmertz and Adam Rolf  “Using motorized resistance as a testing and training tool”

3:30 pm – End of presentations
